In May 2000 you posted a reply to someone about Newell Bell. His daughter Salome Bell married Price Penuel in Carteret Co. N.C. and later moved to Jones Co. N.C.

One of thier sons, William Bell Penuel (also spelled Pennywell) who married Elizabeth Jones, was born in Jones Co. about 1820. By 1840 he was in Ga.

His daughter Rebecca Penuel Davis, was my g-g-grandmother. Can you give me any information about Newell Bell?
