Here is a little on Claude William Willlis.
Claude William Willis was born Jan. 28, 1907 and died Aug. 17, 1948. He married Gertrude Lewis Oct. 27, 1935. Claude W. Willis was the son of Abram Willis and Melissa Guthrie. Abram Willis died Oct. 7, 1934 age 67 yrs. and 2 months. He was the son of John M. Willis and Mary (Polly) Ann Willis (a Willis in her own right). John M. Willis and Polly Ann Willis were married Nov. 16, 1851. Melissa D. Guthrie was born Sept. 22, 1872 and died Sept. 18, 1954. Melissa was the daughter of Cicero Guthrie and Sidney Ann Fulcher. Cicero Guthrie and Sidney Ann Fulcher were married Feb. 11, 1864. Cicero Guthrie was the son of Absalom Guthrie and his wfe, Mary.
