Well, I'm not sure. I'm sort of looking for clues. I've traced back as far as Jacob C. Meadows of Carteret County, married to Hannah West around 1792. My best guess, based on locale and time frame, is that his father was Job Sr.. I haven't found anything stating that, though. If you have any info on Job Senior I'd love to look at it.
