I am looking for the father/Ancestors of Phebe C Reid b Feb 10,1820. Per the 1860 census she was born in AL. Per the 1870 & 1880 Census she was b TN. She married Thomas D Jennings in Marshall Co. TN in 1842. The Jennings had Bills relatives from Deep River Guilford NC. The 1880 census says Phebe Reid's father was b in NC. Her mother was b in TN. I have no further info on the Rieds. Thanks. Any help you give me on a Reid that moved from NC to AL or TN before 1820 would be greatly appreciated.
