I am searching for any information on Susannah MCMASTERS, b ca 1790-1800, daughter of Jonathan MCMASTERS b 1765 NC and Mary HOBSON b ca 1788 NC. Susannah MCMASTERS married Isaac MCCOLLUM b ca 1790-1800 NC on August 16, 1811 in Chatham Co, NC.

Isaac MCCOLLUM migrated to Perry Co, IL bet 1830-1840 with his wife and children. Isaac married a second time to a Nancy ??.

Isaac's first born (that I know of) is David MCCOLLUM. According to his tombstone in Du Quoin, Perry Co, IL, he was born April 14, 1812. My thoughts are maybe Susannah McMasters died in childbirth. Does anybody know when and where Susannah died? Does anybody know anything about Isaac's marriage to Nancy?

There seems to be 3 lines of McCollum. TN, SC, and NC. I don't think that this Nancy is Nancy Baker that married an Isaac McCollum in SC. Any help out there? Jo
