Hi Chowan researchers,

I've succeeded in getting permission from the NC Archives to post their
Guide to Chowan Co. materials in their holdings. It's linked from our
"Resources" page at the county website:

http://www.rootsweb.com/~ncchowan/

Note that it may not be posted anywhere else without additional permission.
I think our researchers will find this information very useful in knowing
what kind of resources are available, and where they are located. The Guide
covers the whole state, and may be downloaded in entirety from the Archives
website (links on my page).

You may notice that I've simplified the navigation system and menu bar on
the website. Let me know if you find any bad links, or can recommend some
others.

I'm in the process of prepping the Guides for my other counties: Gates and
Martin...please stand by...and enjoy!
