Correction for the MOSELEY post. Maurice JONES should read Maurice MOORE
and the Inglis Fletcher book is "Lusty wind for Carolina" rather than "Men
of Albemarle." Both are great books about Chowan Co folks and Edward MOSELEY
is in both books.

Moseley and Moore were assisted by Thomas Luten and Henry Clayton in their
heist of public records Eden was keeping at his house at Sandy Point on
the Albemarle Sound. (His house was beside Mulberry Hill, the famous Blount
house on the sound. (It has a golf course in the front area now--the second
9 holes of the Chowan County Club. Hope to play there soon.)
