If you use Outlook express make a message rule that moves files with the
"To: line contains..." to separate folder (mine is
called Chowan List). I probably have 50 rules and move files to the proper
folders to organize. I'm sure other email programs will do this also.

PS. If you right click in OE on the column headers (ie From, Subject, etc.)
then click Columns, you'll be able to check the To: box to make a new column
appear showing the To: sction of the header.
