I suspect (without evidence) that the Nathan Hall you cite as born abt 1812
is a probable brother to Rayford Hall (born ca 1816). Rayford (or Raeford)
HALL is in 1850 census Cape Fear North East Subdiv, Bladen, NC.
His son, Nathan, is shown in that census as born ca 1839.
So, I suspect that the two Nathan HALL we are talking about are nephew and
uncle (or other possible relation).
What do you think? Do you know the father of your Nathan, born 1812?
