Hi, my maiden name was Finney. Since I recognize the counties you posted from TN assume that is where you are from. I live in Bedford Co. My father was Harry Finney and
he had a brother, Russell, who worked for The Nashville Tennessean. There father was Oliver Floyd Finney. He was
born in Ala. and his father was James Finney. This is all
I know about his forefathers. Also my father, Harry, had 3 more brothers, Leon, of Bedford Co., Thomas and Herman
who lived in Florida but all were born in Bedford Co., TN
