You may register for the Workshop the day of the event but we would like as
many as possible to REGISTER ONLINE NOW so we can prepare for your
attendance and have enough handouts for each Workshop.

at the Chapel Hill LDS and Family History Center
from 9 am until 2:30 pm.

Workshop Sessions in the morning and afternoon. Attendees can select two of
the five workshops:

1. "Discovering Family History: Why, How and Where" by Margo Brewer
2. "Family Genes and Genealogy: Using DNA in Family Lines" by Melanie Crain
3. "The Family History Library Catalog - The Key to the Family History
Library" by Ben Franklin
4. "Evaluating Some Computer Software for Use in Genealogical Research" by
Richard Ellington
5. Tour of the Family History Center (groups limited to six)

We are planning a panel discussion on Research Problem Solving: getting past
your brick walls. This is for all attendees and is scheduled after the
morning workshop. Submit your question for the Panel when you register

There will also be tours of the Family History Center during the lunch hour.
