Jerome, you have so much info - your info reaches all the way from NC down
into SE GA - where my husb's STUDSTILL lines were - I am continually amazed
at both he & Dee - they are indeed miracle workers!

ELIZABETH STUDSTILL b 1786, married F. LANIER was the dau of HUSTUS
STUDSTILL, b ca 1760 & ELIZABETH (HARDYMAN/HARDEMAN) STUDSTILL.
I used to be in touch w/one, CHARLES WATERS of Athens, GA whose line included
FREDERICK LANIER & ELIZABETH (STUDSTILL) LANIER.

At that time, we were all on local BBS so I lost touch w/him when the
Internet got popular all of a sudden & the local Bulletin Boards began to
fall by the wayside....a real shame.

Sorry I don't have an address/email or otherwise to help you on locating him.
Perhaps if you try an Athens, GA directory or information??

Also, there are numerous references to a LEWIS LANIER (must be the son,
LEWIS, in the book, "Bulloch County, GA Genealogical Source Material" by
Alvaretta Kenan Register, publ by Magnolia Press, Swainsboro, GA.

All those names of McCALL, FLETCHER, FITZPATRICK, are all over this area of
SE Georgia - my husb's lines also include FLETCHERs which were from Accomack
Co, VA into SC then into GA.
Hope this adds some interest & good luck to us all,
Sarah Howell Studstill
