Hi ,some of you know that Lawarence Dillard mention sending the paper
articles to Margie so that she can put them on a Newspaper site she has, the
link was just sent the other day, so look in the Jan ,2000, Archiives, the
other newspaper articles can be found in the Aug, Sept, and Oct . Dale Co.,
Mailing list. in some it mentions the Byrds, Dowling and Matthews coming from
NC, bfore going to SC and than on down to Al.

Matthews, sent to , sent 9/2/2000 by Jeff Armstrong.
Names mention Matthews, Andrews,Dowling,Martin, Byrd, Cooley, Windham,
Northcutt.
From the Ozark Tribune 9/3/1904 & 10/4/1904 written by Mr W.F Cox. sent to
list by Cathy Van Cleave. sent to mailing list 9/2 and 9/3/ 2000. besides the
names mention above, there are these surnames, Cox, Atkins, Hallford,
Justice, Warren, Lee, Parrish, Fain,,Woodham, Dick, Truitt,Alums,
Ard.Skipper,Mills, Ledbetter, Crittenden, Stokes.
