page 465. Josephine Rackley (b. Apr. 1898 d. 1946) married Herbert (Hub)
Blanton. Josephine was the daughter of John L. Rackley and Mary Elizabeth
Blackburn who were married in Duplin County 21 Sept. 1893).

page 467. Joseph Roberson Rackley (b. 8 Feb. 1844 Sampson Co., NC, d. 2 Jan
1921 Wilmington NC (confederate soldier)) m. Keziah Jane Fryer on 21 Jan.
1868 Duplin co., NC (b. 5 July 1849 Watha NC d. 15 Dec. 1916 Wilmington,
NC), both bur. Garris Cem. near Watha NC, she the daughter of James Fryer,
(son of John Fryer and Edith Bland) and Ester Blanton, (dau. John Blanton
and Tabitha Bland).
