I found several site about cemeteries. This one will take you to North
Carolina Statutes Regarding Cemeteries in 2001. It prints out to be 21
pages
long, you might want to save it to a disk.

Saving a cemetery: Getting Started, here is the URL for this one:
http://www.savinggraves.com/education/bookshelf/steps.html

It's 7 pages long.

North Carolina General Assembly _ NC General Statues, Chapter 65
Cemeteries
http://www.ncgs.state.nc.us/gascripts/Statutes/StatutesTOC.pl?0065
This will take you to North Carolina General Assembly page, there is a
list
of articles regarding cemeteries you can go to for more information.
Chapter
65 Cemeteries is 27 pages long should you decide to print it out. You
might
to save this one to a disk also.
