A new Durham County query system is now online. This system allows for
archival of the queries on Rootsweb and will be searchable as are the
mailing list postings.

If you do not know if your ancestor was from Durham County, please do
not post your query here.

You may post unknown county queries on the unknown county query forum
board.

Please following these simple instructions to ensure the best response
from this forum.

(1) Post all surnames in CAPS
(2) Be specific in your query. State what you know and what you are
looking for.
(3) Include your name and email address.

Example:

Seeking John JAMES, born 1785 in Durham County and married Emma JENKINS
in 1812 Need parents of John.

Respond to . Thank You!
