Hello List,
I got some response earlier to my request for Gill Info. I am still interested in finding out more about Ransom Eaton Gill, son of Thomas Ezra Gill and Alice Lee Davis, son of Isaac Gill and Edith Mobley, son of David Gill and Mary Mann

I am also interested in information on Alice Lee Davis Gill who died in Franklin Co in 1902. She was the daughter of (John Pender/Joseph) Davis.

and Edith Mobley who died in 1808 (I think) was the daughter of Mordecai Mobley.

and then I have an Elizabeth (Bettie) Clifton, born 1839, died 1888, both in Franklin County. She was the daughter of William Clifton and Harriet Freeman.

I have also found some Nicholsons and Throwers, tied in when Sallie Nicholson married Thadeus Gill. By the way, I have a service record for a Christian Thrower who was a lieutenant of a militia company in Brunswick County, VA.
