Dear Don,
I am unable to attend any of the writer's workshops as I live in another
state.

I am working on indexing the names that are in my article which is about a
Franklin Co. pioneer family, Burgess Medlin and his descendants. The article
is three pages. My question is this: Do I need to put a page number beside
each name since my pages 1, 2, and 3 will not correspond with the page
numbers on which my article will be printed in the Franklin Co. Heritage
book?
Teresa
