The motion for Incorporation has obviously passed. My count is 31 yes
and 3 abstains.

The next step in incorporation is the formation of incorporation
bylaws. These bylaws are not bylaws for NCGenWeb, per se, but for
NCGenWeb the non-profit. There are certain items these bylaws will
need to outline, including how officers are obtained and changed, etc.

Please email me PRIVATELY if you are interested in being a member of
the bylaws development team. Please provide your qualifications for
this team. This team does need to be a manageable size, so if too
many of you wish to be involved, the qualifications may be used to
pick the best people for the team.

The final bylaws will be subject to approval by the membership of
NCGenWeb as a whole.
