Diane, you may want to call the Secy of State's Trademarks Division
(919-807-2162.) I just spoke to Andrea, so you might ask for her. They
won't accept just a singular graphic of the logo, anyway, so she said
this isn't a problem. They just require 3 "original specimens," of
our logo "as it is actually used." In our case, she said we should
just print out 3 copies of our web page. She did specify to just
click, "print," not to do a "screen shot." The 3 copies of the web
page are sent along with the application form and $75 fee.
This is the same application process as back when Sharon registered it
for us, so the requirement hasn't changed. We just somehow let our
earlier registration lapse. I'll be glad to send it in and cover the
fee, and if anyone else wants to chip in, they can.
Andrea said if any of us have any questions, just give her a call at
the above number, and that the form can be downloaded from the
division's website:

Hope this helps,
- Sandy
