I move that the current articles of incorporation be modified to
reflect the following changes:

1. Item #7 within the original Articles of Incorporation to be
corrected to: #7.a. "The Corporation WILL have members."
(As per Sandy's email, it was incorporated as #7. b. "The Corporation
will NOT have members.")

2. The President, Vice President, and Sec/Treas be modified to
reflect the new SC and ASCs of NCGenWeb.
(Currently, Paul, Nola, and I appear on the documents.)

Is there a second?



FYI - In the future, as the bylaws are created for this incorporation,
I am in favor of them being written such that the change in SCs and
ASCs will automatically change the officers of the corporation.
