P 121 - DB 10 - p 163 - 10 Sept 1814 - Wright Sanders deed of gift to
William Rouse and Isaac Rouse

Know all men by this presents that I, Right, Sanders of the county of Wayne
and State of NC for the good will and tender affection that I have toward
Isaac and William Rouse and many other things, I give and bequeth to Isaac
Rouse one sorrel colt with a blaze in his face by the name of Spinnage. I
also give and bequeth to William Rouse one sorrel colt by the name of
Pilgram marked as follows: three white feet and a white star in the
forehead. I the P. Write Sanders warrant and defend the said colts unto the
said Isaac and William AS MY HEIRS, or one other person whatever as
witness. Hereunto I set and seal this 10th day of September 1814.

NOTE: According to the Wayne Co Will abstracts, Right Sanders was the son
of Thomas Sanders whose will was written 25 August 1787, April Court 1789.
He left a wife (not named) children Right, John and Benjamin, Elisabeth,
Penny, and Ann. WIT were Wright Lancaster, John Dunn and William Sanders
Lancaster
