Many thanks to all who have contributed information on this family and all
the allied families spread over many NC counties and many southern states
especially Mississippi. This project is an excellent example of what the
internet and these lists can do in the way of locating documents especially
Bibles that left the home area. This project had been shelved many years
ago because of all the holes and there are still holes, but Jack plugged a
lot of them with his Mississippi contributions. Maybe some of the rest of
you have something to add to plug more holes.

We also thank Sloan for all her time and work.
