Searching for William Franklin White, b. Guilford Co., 1837
m. Sarah Haupt 1858 Scott Co. Va. His father was James B. White, b. 1817 Rockingham Co., NC. (m. Sarah Ledbetter in Stokes Co.NC) Sarah died and he remarried Eliza Shields. His children wereMartha, Nancy, William Franklin(by Sarah Ledbetter and Henry, Dave, Ike (Isaac) Elisha, Sally and Mary by Eliza Shields White. James' father was Timothy White, aka John Timothy White, born Randolph County in approx. 1769. James had a sister named Sally (sarah) white who was married to Jonathan Ballard. Sally was also born in Rockingham County. I would appreciate any information at all on this family. Thank you.
