Wylene and others,

I have virtually nothing on Christopher Summey, hence my query. Mary
CASE, his wife, was probably born "before 1839." (The Heritage of
Henderson County, North Carolina series). Mary CASE's mother
Elizabeth STEPP was born in either 1770 or 1789. Elizabeth's husband
Thomas Case is enumerated in the 1800 Census. Thomas and Elizabeth
Stepp Case are living in Morgan District of Buncombe County, North
Carolina and unfortunately, the enumerator alphabetized the census
lists so neighbors cannot be determined. If I've got the right family

Thomas and Elizabeth have four sons and three daughters.

Two other Case families are listed on the same alphabetized page:

John Case SR - 2 2 - 1 2 2 1 1 1
John Case JR 1 - - 1 - 3 - - 1 -

John SR is maybe his father?? and John JR is undoubtedly his
brother???

I'm just wondering if anybody knows about kids for Christopher Summey
and his wife Mary CASE?
