Can anyone tell me where I might find Birth records for someone born in
Selma, NC in 1839? Here is who I am looking for 1 Thomas Tinsley
EPPSb: October 13, 1839 in Selma, Johnston County, NCd: August 22, 1918
in St. Clair, Hawkins County, Tn. I am trying to confirm this
information and find out who his parents were.

Any help would be appreciated.
