Does any have a Gabriel AUSTIN in their family?

I am trying to find the parents of William Samuel "Sam" AUSTIN of Panther Branch Twp., Wake Co., NC. I believe his mother was Hepsey/ Hepra/ Epsy BELL d/o of Samuel BELL & Elizabeth "Betsey" unknown maiden name. I have heard a family story that his mother was married twice, so REEVES may have been from her 1st marriage. I found the following marriage bond:
