Subject: [NCJONES] Gen Society Meeting Last Night

Good Morning everyone, getting ready to head off to work, but just wanted to
give everyone a brief updat on last nights meeting.

Best thing I can say is WOW!!

I had hoped for at least 10 local folks to show up, thought 15 would be
grand...

35 people signed the sign in sheet last night, and think we might have
missed a few...

We has folks from Florida, WIlliamston, Kenly, Greenville....and we were
indeed overwhelmed but the showing!!

Membership as of this moment stands at 35 (not bad for a new society) and
people are excited.

Some wonderful ideas were discussed, and even have a cemetery committee
being organized. We expect great things from this society.

We are going to start ASAP on the first newsletter, so if you have anything
to submit, now is the time to do it!!
