I am searching for information for my grandfather, Charles D. Hathaway
DANIEL who was born in 1869 in Warm Springs, Madison County, North Carolina.
I need to find a birth certificate for him so I can learn the name of his
mother, my great-grandmother, Nancy (unknown maiden name who was born in
Kentucky in 1845.) Nancy ? was married to my great-grandfather, John Lewis
DANIEL. John, Nancy and several of their children appear on the 1870 census
for Warm Springs, Madison Co., NC. No maiden name is shown for Nancy ?

I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.
