Subject: Reddick BRYAN born 1793 in NC

My g-g-grandfather was Reddick BRYAN. He was born in NC in 1793. He married
his first wife Lilitra or Telitha UNKNOWN in NC and Elizabeth REGAN (from
Robeson Co.), his 2nd wife, in Pulaski Co., GA in 1821. He died in Bienville
Parish, LA in 1864. Information that my father obtained twenty years ago
indicates that Reddick was the brother of Miles BRYAN. This relationship is
not proven and I cannot find Reddick's parents. Several family researchers
suspect that Reddick's father was a James BRYAN of Martin County. Does
anyone have information about Reddick or James?

I live in Virginia Beach, just a few hours from Martin County. If I come to
Martin County does anyone know what kind of records are available? Any help
will be greatly appreciated.
