Subject: [NCMECKLE-L] John FOARD

I'm looking up info on John FOARD. He was one of the signers of the
Mecklenburg Declaration in 1775. According to one of the books I've looked at
in our library he lived in Union county. I'm hoping that someone out there
will see this and be able to help me with some info. All help will be
appreciated.
