Just checking in with the roll call. I am researching the above surnames. My
ggrandmother was Mary Elizabeth Orr. She married Laurence Rolandus Goodman.
They had five children. The children were: Lucile, Alfred Orr, Grace, Harry
and Julia Goodman. One of the girls married Lester Smith probably also from
Mecklenburg County. One of the other girls married a Fasnacht (Don't know his
first name). Mary Elizabeth (Mamie) was born 23 Apr 1872 and died 28 Aug
1939. She was the daughter of Joseph Lemmond Orr and Margaret Isabelle
Wilson. Any info. would be great.
