I am looking for info on Mary Margaret Williamson she married James Madison
Herron. I don't know when or where they married. One of their sons was William
Washington Herron (1855-1908) so I assume they were married before 1855.

Martha is my (?) great aunt; she was the sister of my ancestor and our
common ancestor was Godfrey Williamson. I have no information about him,
but do have a great deal about the Williamson clan. I assume that you know
that he was born Dec 22, 1812 and died in 1865 in Thaxton MS. Susan lived
much longer, until Nov 2, 1892, and died in Rendon TX. I also have the
names of two children.

The only Norwood in Mecklenburg Co in 1850 was a William Norwood, age 26,
evidently a bachelor, living in a boarding house. There is no Norwood Will
in the Will Book of Mecklenburg Co 1791-1868. The leads me to belive that
likely, Laban was from another county. When my 1850 census CD's come, I'll
check for likely adjoining counties.

If you need any more Williamson information, let me know. [I know that we
have corresponded before, but perhaps others on the list might be interested.]
