I checked the four books that I have on Marshall and Panola Counties, and
the name Fouche doesn't appear in the index of any of the three, and in
the fourth, where there isn't an index, it doesn't appear in the text.
Stinson doesn't either.

The author of one of the books, Dr. Hubert McAlexander, a professor of
English at the Univ. of GA, has never heard of a Stinson from Marshall
County. Hubert, an old friend and fraternity brother, grew up there and
has been studying the history of Marshall County most of his life.

All that I have on Ethel Stinson is a marriage record from a family tree
on Family Tree Maker's website. Neither my g-g-grandfather's nor Ethel's
parents are named. Stinson doesn't appear in the records on the Marshall
County web site, but those records are pretty skimpy right now.

I haven't done a web search on Stinson yet.
