List,

While at the Carolina Room of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg library the other
day, I checked on the "Heritage" series and found quite a few volumes of NC
counties but not one for Mecklenburg. Asked one of the folk there and was
told that a Meck volume had not been printed.

Someone posted a message that the Mecklenburg Heritage book was included in
a catalog he received. I don't think that it would be considered "spam" if
the catalog source were posted to the list as many of us are interested in
the availability of the book...and a search of the local booksellers from
the main page has not turned up the book.
