Hi Jeff:

You can find Sandy Creek on today's map by locating HWY 421 that runs
through Guildford and Randolph Counties. Just as HWY 421 crosses from
Randolph County into Guilford, Sandy Creek runs
along parallel just west of the HWY. On today's map, I couldn't find
Owen's Pounders Branch, sorry. From there, you'll just have to guess.
