My husband's line in Orange County is predominately Quaker
in the 1700-1850s and mostly Methodist after that.
Surnames: CAUSEY, JARRELL, PIKE, WARD, LINDLEY, EVANS,
MCPHERSON, PASSMORE, LONG, CLARK, OVERMAN, HADLEY, HARLAN,
RICHARDSON, AMICK, STAFFORD, HUFF, HORNADAY, COPELAND,
CHOAN, MANN, HACKNEY, CRANE, HORTON.
I would particularly like to know if the William Amick
(1820-1903) who married Nancy STAFFORD is the same man who
was the Methodist minister in Snow Camp during the late
1800s.
