Petition of Peggy FIELD of Guilford County sheweth that her husband,
Jeremiah FIELD, enlisted in the Army of the United States and left your
petitioner with a number of small children in low and indigent
circumstances without a means of support and faced to pay debts contracted
by her said husband. Prays for a law to secure to her such estate as she
may acquire either by gift or her own industry during the absence of her
said husband.
"DIVORCE GRANTED"
