Has anyone heard of a book which includes "Bastadly Bonds"? My
grandfather's mother was unmarried and I was told the family may have had to
post a bond. The mother was Mary Inez Day or Payne born in 1883 in Wilkes
and her child was Wiley Rufus Greer born May 17, 1909 in either Wilkes or
Boone. Could someone please check for me. We don't know the first name of
Wiley.
