Ruth-Thanks for the info. The URL appeared on my screen as 3 lines. I found
that if I copied each individual line then pasted to the address box and
then copied the next line and attached it to the previous line, etc., I got
it to work fine. I attached by highlighting the address box then by hitting
the right arrow key the cursor appeared at the end of the line and then I
pasted the next line. Sounds complicated but it worked after all other tries
failed. It was well worth the trouble-Regards, Bill
