I have been a silent one. I am researching Coleman families and I have found
my great great grandfather listed as Jesse, John, James all married to the
same lady. The correct names are Joshua C. [Jack] Coleman 1823 to 1883 1st
wife Sarah Ann [Sally] Bird[Byrd] 2nd wife Jane Floyd Bearden. 15 children
less than 10 lived to have families. I know about who their children were.
May never get past Joshua or Sarah seems a General from the North burned
courthouses. They all lived in TN. But Their families were from SC, NC, and
VA. I have decided if I know I am correct and they read my information and
don't correct their information. It will make someones searches in the
future exciting for them. I have to rely on family verbal history and family
letters.
