We had a hearing on our motion for summary judgment today. Unfortunately, the judge hearing the case did not allow our motion. Therefore, we did not get an instant settlement of our case. The Judge stated that this case should be heard before a judge and jury. So, therefore we will proceed with litigation. Please check my website for updates.
