My Peter M McIntyre b. ca. 1780 m. Catherine Graham ca. 1802 Robeson Co.

Catherine d.1833 in Claiborne Co. Miss. Sons: Duncan hammond,
Alexander, and Thomas Graham McIntyres.
Peter's Parentage has not been established completely. I did find the
following will for a John Graham. He could be
Catherine's father. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

State of North Carolina Cumberland County

In the name of God Amen, I John Graham of the county of Robison and
state aforesaid, although weak of body being of sound
and perfect memory, do make this my last will and testament as folows
viz ----I will that my mother and father shall possess
and enjoy my plantation in Robison County for their life if they come to
this country or if any of my brothers comes to this
country, I will that he shall have the same plantation in case my father
and mother does not come to this country; or if two of my
brothers or the whole of my lawful brothers does come to this country; I
will that they shall have the aforesaid premises equally
divided between them forever. I will that all of my debts and charges
be
paid - and I will that if my father and mother or my brothers does not
come to this country within the space of twent years
after the date thereof that my Daughter, Catherine Graham shall enjoy
and possess my plantation forever. I will that my
executors shall collect my debts and convey it to the said Catherine's
use till she is of age and to give her education, I do hereby
ordain and constitute my trusted friend, John Graham, Jr. of this county
of Cumberland to be my executor on said estate; this
will making any other will or wills by me made void and of no effect,
and this to remain in full force and virtue, In witness
whereof I the said John Graham hath hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal this twenty ninth day of November in the year of
our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine -----
