Email your Q's! for the Q&A. And email your suggested topics - what do you
need to discuss RIGHT NOW.

A big thank you to Margo Brewer for her presentation on Sentence
Structure, Roles and Witnesses for our July meeting. Margo will continue
her presentation for our September session on 25 September 2004. Make plans
now to join us. In our August meeting, I will try to incorporate some of
what we learned from the July topic.

Meeting Topic: Entering Data the TMG way: Repository, Source, Citation
and Tag. We will view the entering of data in that order and add a document
and picture as we go. If there is time, I will show an obituary that
produces 10 or more Tags and why I feel it is important to use individual
Tags rather than summarizing all information within a single Tag.

Meeting format: A short initial meeting to include Q's&A's followed by
our Topic.

Laptops: It is important that you bring your laptop, if you have one,
and bring a copy of your database, *.sqz, for those that do not. You need
to work with your database and your configuration to let us help meet your
needs and solve your issues.

Topics: The topics are still yours to suggest and you will choose the
topic that best meets your needs. Popular topics can be repeated in later
meetings so you won't be torn by the choices but we will build on each topic
as we move forward.
