I don't know anything about a Mississippi branch. All I know so far is
about the branch that went from Richmond, VA, to Crystal Lake, IL, to St.
Louis, MO. All migrations were since the 1950's. But, thanks for your
input!

Did your DICKERSON's of Macon happen to find their way into Mississippi in
the early 1800's? I have a 2nd great grandmother, Rebecca Jane DICKERSON or
DICKSON, born: abt. 1826, who married Isom/Isham Daniel HE(A)RRINGTON also
known as HARRINGTON, born: Dec 1828, in either Lawrence or Covington Co.,
MS, and his 2nd wife was Sarah E. COLEMAN. Rebecca and Isom were the
parents
of my great grandmother, Harriet Katherine "Hattie" HE(A)RRINGTON, born:
1868 in MS, who married Calvin Pierce "Callie" MYRICK, born: 1858 in Jasper

Co., MS.

The parents of Isom Daniel HE(A)RRINGTON were Harriet STUCKEY and Enoch
HERRINGTON, born: abt. 1795 in New Hanover Co., NC, son of William
HERRINGTON, Sr., (Rev. War,) born: bef. 1755 in Craven Co., NC.
