I am related to Elsie Saunders who was the first wife of John Murray Atchison. According to the 1920 Census she remarried a Jack Shipp. Were Elsie & John divorced? I have a picture of Vivian & Basil Atchison with their grandmother, Mrs. George Saunders (maiden name Urquhart). I would love any info you have on these people.

I also have a biography that shows Elsie's uncles, Alex Saunders and Alex Chalmers along with John H. Atchison, as having settled along the Cheyene River in what is now Sverdrup township in 1880.
