Hello List,

I have found some missing relatives in the 1900 North
Dakota Census in Towner County in twp 164 range 66.

But I cannot find them in later census because I don't
have soundex and don't know what the name of the
township is called. They could have also moved.

This is what I have on them:
1900 ND Census, Towner Co, Vol 12, ED 183, sheet 16,
line 5

Lafayette Dingman, born March 1858 in MI, 42, Single,
Farmer

John Hill, born Jan 1850 in MI, 50, married, farmer
Rachel (Dingman) Hill, born June 1856 in MI, 43,marr.
Clyde Hill, born Aug 1877 in MI, 22, S
Earl Hill, born Aug 1887 in MI, 12, S

The third child should be Clesson Hill that didn't
show up on the census on that page.

From family lore,
Lafayette married an Elizabeth Law and had two
children, Pearl (c1903) and Birdsell (c1905).

Pearl married a Baker and had two children, Frances
and Elmer,

Frances married Harold Stevens and had children Linda,
Gregory and Brenda Stevens.

Elmer Baker married a Dianne with children Terri and
Ricky. He ran a Ford Garage in Cando.

This is all the clues I have and would appreciate any
help someone may give me.

Best regards,

Michael Dingman
Utica, Michigan
