A reminder for anyone interested in attending the Lincoln Lancaster
County Genealogical Society meeting on this coming Tuesday:

September 12: "The Nebraska Newspaper Project & The National Newspaper
Project" presented by guest speaker Kay Walter and LLCGS member Andrea
Faling. Kay is the NE Project Director and the Chair of the Special
Collections & Preservation Dept. at UNL. Andrea is one of our NE State
Archivists and is the Associate Director of the NE State Hist. Soc.
Library & Archives, whose microfilm collection of Nebraska newspapers
is the core of the NE Project. Come and hear details of this project
which has been supported in all fifty states.
