I'm researching the family of James Neal (also spelled Neill, Neel, Neale) and his wife Mary of Somerset in Bristol County. James served in the War of the Revolution. I'm assuming that both James and Mary were born between 1750-1765. James received a warrant for land in Ohio, which was later sold by his widow Mary.

My Neal family was in the Tuscarawas (Carroll, Harrison, Stark, and Tuscarawas Counties) area of Ohio by 1813. I believe they stopped in Pennsylvania for a short time before 1813.
Any information on the Neal family would be greatly appreciated.
