One of the men listed in the team of morris dancers at Bicester, Oxon, in
1790, was Matthew Neal. However, I find absolutely no evidence of anyone with
this name anywhere in the area around this date. He would need to have been
born between circa 1760 to 1772.

Can anyone help?
